| | Ran 7 miles today outside. I felt great and so I tried to push it a little bit. I really have got to start wearing the watch. It's been such a nice vacation from it but, I think it's time I wear it so I can know my splits. Today I officially started training for my half in May. |

| | Ran three miles on the treadmill avg. pace 7:45. Then I went to my athletic conditioning class which is HELL!!! I'm seriously not in that kind of shape and it kicks my but. I guess she's doing some program called Insanity and at times I question my sanity!!! Anyway hopefully it will help me get in better shape. |

| | Today I ran four miles avg. pace 7:20 and then did a kickboxing class for an hour. Today is cross training day. Tomorrow I'm hoping to get out for a long run with Leslie and Lori. It looks like the weather is going to be nice. |

| | It felt so good to be outside this morning and I finally got to run in short sleeves. I was a little overdressed and wish I had worn shorts but, I managed. I was suppose to run a fartlek today but I'm planning on doing speed work with Leslie on Wednesday so I didn't wear my watch. But, when I got out there it felt so great that I really pushed it. I think I was a little ambitious at the first because by mile 5 I was a little tired. But, I tried to keep pushing. I would run three block hard and 1 block cool down. I really have got to start wearing the watch so I can get accurate miles and times. 7 miles |

| | Insanity workout today. I ran three mile before at an 7:30 pace which felt great. The class however kicks my butt. We had another fit test today and I have seen improvements so I guess it's working. I decided to cool down on the treadmill for another two miles. I'm really going to feel this tomorrow and I'm questioning if I over did it today??? 5 miles |

| | Today Leslie literally kicked my butt. I was expecting speed work but, not 10 miles with it. I survived but, definitely realized I'm not in marathon training shape. We ran 2.5 miles warm up and then did mile repeats. We averaged 6:30-6:45 pace. The second repeat I only made it an 800. But, finished the third one. I got a little tired the last one and couldn't keep up with Leslie but, I finished it. We were suppose to do a fourth but, talked ourselves out of it. The last 2.5 miles home the wind was blowing and I could really feel the fatigue in my legs from the previous day and just not being in speed work shape. I was definitely tired and realized I need more mile repeats. 10 miles |

| | Today I ran with Jason because he is on Spring Break. We ran around an 8 minute pace. We had some fast miles in there but, ran slow with some ladies for 2 miles which lowered are overall pace. Great day for running. |

Insanity workout!!! Today Kimberly really kicked my butt. It could be the fact that I ran four miles before but, it could also be the fact that she wanted to kill us. I managed to get in another slow 1.5 miles on the treadmill after. I was going to stretch it to 2 but, I really didn't have the will power. Tomorrow I'm running 10 with Leslie so I have to save a little energy. 4 miles 31 minutes 1.5 9:00 |

| | 10 mile run with Leslie. Her watch said we averaged 8 minute miles. But, we had a bathroom stop and we stopped a few times for water. So I'm going to say we ran more like 7:45 or a little less. |

| | Ran 13 this morning. It was pretty cold out there this morning with a strong wind. I'm not sure on pace but, it felt like an 8 minute pace. I pushed it at the end and really tried to stretch out my legs the last 3 miles. It did help that the wind was finally at my back. |

| | Ran 3.5 before class avg pace 7:45. We did speed work in class. I think we ran a 1.5 but, not sure could have been more. I'm counting 1.5. We did ladders and sprints. It was just what I needed. We also did lunges, push ups, and triceps. After I felt so good I decided to jump on the treadmill, ran 3 at a 7:14 pace. |

| | Ten easy miles with Leslie. She had just ran 22 the day before so we took it easy. I did do some sprints in there when Leslie was walking a little bit. She really strained her legs the day before and didn't want to push it. Avg. Pace 8:30. |
