Ran on the Treadmill today.  I was a little sluggish mainly I think because I ran a lot last week and also I wasn't feeling great last night.  I was just glad to put in the miles.  I did get eight avg. pace 7:30-8:00

Glad to see that you are still blogging! Kellie and I have been sucking at it lately, but I am just really getting back into it! So hopefully have some good workouts this year! Not going to race a lot this year. Most likely not until Logan Marathon and then just run St George for fun! Kind of burnt out on racing! How is Jason doing? Is he still running in the hills a lot?

Tyler, yeah I'm still hanging in there. I know what you mean about not racing and running burn out. I have definitely suffered from that the past two years. I just haven't had any desire to race and I don't really want to spend the money for an ugly t-shirt. I'm going to run a half in May and helping my running partner train for her first marathon so hopefully that will keep me in shape. I'm really hoping to run St. George this year. Jason and I are looking to come back there and if all works out we will be there by October. I doubt I will be breaking any records but, it will be fun to run a marathon again and especially be a part of St. George. Jason's still running when time allows, no trails though (Indiana is flat). He will be so happy in June when this is all over. Take Care, it looks like you are still running great. How would it be to be taking it easy and run 6:05 miles.

Kellie I am going to most likely (no promises) take St.George easy too. I am going to run Logan hard this year! I hope that you guys come to St George that would be fun! I am glad to hear that you are helping your friend. I get just as much enjoyment out of that, as I do with my own running.
