Ran 4.5 in the morning on my treadmill at a slower pace.  I then ran four tonight at a 7:45 pace with Jason.  Kids are on Spring Break so I have to be a little more creative with my workout.  I doubt this will be a high milage week.

Ran on the treadmill at the Y.  I felt a little sluggish at first but, then settled in.

Spring Break is really messing with my running schedule.  I didn't have time for a longer run because I had promised to take the kids to the movie.  I ran 2 miles with Beth and then ran 2.3 on my own.

Hopefully Thursday will be more productive.  I don't have high hopes for this week.

Today was a much needed run!  I felt great and my legs felt good.  It's amazing not running 10 on Wednesday makes such a big difference for today's run.

Ran today with Lori!  We ran the course 7 minutes faster today.  We did 9.25 miles in 69 minutes.    That averages to be somewhere in the sevens.  It was a little chilly today so that could be the reason for why we felt great.

Jason was a little sick today so we cut the run short!  Oh well, I have to admit my legs were a little tired and 8 sounded nice.

Ran with Marissa for a few miles before she turned back.  I purposefully didn't wear the watch today.  I didn't want the pressure of running fast.  I think I was running a pretty good pace-- everything felt great.    I love my New Balance shoes, they are so light and I feel like I run so much faster with them on.  I'm definitely going to have to buy another pair.

So I didn't have the watch to know our exact distance so I'm purely guessing.  I do think we were somewhere between 9 and 9.5 so I went somewhere in the middle.

No running today!  I was so busy packing up my house-- no fun!!!  I'm hoping to get in a good run tomorrow and Wednesday.  I'm hoping for an okay week with the move and all.

Today I was really sluggish and weak.  I could tell that I have been running crazy, moving, and I'm totally exhausted.    Once I got past four or five miles I got into a rhythm but, still not feeling 100 percent.  I'm really surprised I got 8.5 miles.   The fact that I didn't run yesterday really haunted me.

Ran with Leslie this morning.  She just ran a marathon on Sunday so we took it easy.  I ran 7 miles with her at around an 8:30 pace.  I then went and run 3 miles on the treadmill at a 7:15 pace.  Everything is feeling really good this week.

Today was hot, humid, windy, and miserable.  WE all really struggled today but, we finished.  Not sure on our pace-- I think it took us 1 hr 12 minutes to run 9.25-- if I remembered right.
