Ran with Lori this morning. It was a little cold but, felt great to get out for a longer run.

I felt great today so I went out a little longer. The foot felt great!!! Hopefully it stay that way.
5 with an hour of Turbo. The foot is feeling a whole lot better.
I'm back but taking it easy. Can still feel the foot so I need to take it easy. This was a little more than I wanted but, I will take it easy the rest of the week.
