Ran 4 miles on the TM then headed outside with Leslie for another 5. It was so hot out and extremely humid. I was one sweaty mess.
So because I'm playing catch up I can't quite sure my time. I thought I had done this in 48 minutes.
Ran 6 in about 45 minutes then took the last mile a little slower.
Ran 4 miles then did Turbo Kick at the Y.
