I felt the need to make up for not running on Saturday. Legs were really heavy today and overall I didn't feel real great. I ran 3 on TM at a 7:20 pace or a little less. Then went outside to run with Leslie and some other guy, who felt the need to push today. The first two miles were around 7:15 pace. I knew that I wasn't going to be able to keep that up for another 5 miles so I relaxed back and ran by myself probably a little behind them somewhere around a 7:30-7:45 pace. I then ran a relaxing mile on the TM. I thought maybe I was in shape to run a marathon. No, not quite. I was really winded today and legs were so tired. The weather was amazing this morning so I'm a little perplexed on why I felt so awful. Total for the day 10 miles. |
