| | Running has been pretty pathetic this week with all the traveling! Hopefully it will be a better week next week. Run in AZ, this was miserable! It was 100 degrees and I was sick. My body was achey and just weak. |

| | Slow start this morning! It's amazing what traveling does to a person. I was hoping for more miles today but, I got off to a slow start and had to hurry to get Beckham to swim lessons. I'm still not feeling too great-- a little achey and just tired. 5 miles 37 minutes |

| | I'm really not quite sure what the total distance or time was today, because I wasn't wearing a watch. I ran with Lori in a rainy, windy, and cold mess this morning. Jason was suppose to run 20 miles today but, I couldn't get a babysitter so we had to run at different times. I got the early shift with Lori and I will say I was pretty relieved I was only going a short distance. However, we will have to make up for this next week!!! Based upon past runs 55 minutes usually is 7 miles, so I'm purely guessing and I kind of like not knowing. |
